The Technology Help Desk is open for support for all technology-related issues at the following times:- Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; walk-up and remote support via the Brandeis Service Portal, help@brandeis.edu, or 781-736-4357 (6-HELP).
- Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; remote support only via the Brandeis Service Portal, help@brandeis.edu, or 781-736-4357 (6-HELP).
- Saturday and Sunday; closed.
- Monday, February 19, 2024; closed, President’s Day.
- February 20 - 23, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; remote support available during vacation week via the Brandeis Service Portal, help@brandeis.edu, or 781-736-4357 (6-HELP).
