Darwin Scott: On March 1, 2004, the Robert D. Farber University Archives & Special Collections Department will raise the curtain on a new exhibit, NEJS at 50, to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Department of Near Eastern and Judaic Studies at Brandeis University.
 
The Ins and Outs of Interlibrary Loan
Lisa Hatch: Last year Brandeis borrowed over 11,000 books and articles for Brandeis patrons, and loaned over 6,000 items to other libraries. This will soon be streamlined as University Libraries Interlibrary Loan begins using a new software product called ILLiad.
