Resizing images in the content management system (CMS)

  1. Navigate to the image in the CMS and click Edit

    Click Edit

  2. Click the link that says Edit Image Inline, located above the image.

    Click edit inline

  3. A pop-up window will appear and load a Java applet. You will see the image and a toolbar. Click the Image Size button (the second icon from the left).

    Click Image Size

  4. Another pop-up window will appear. Type in the desired size. If you leave Constrain proportions checked, you will only need to type in either the height or the width.

    Choose Image Size

  5. Click OK to close the Image Size window.

    Click OK

  6. Click Save to proceed (first icon on the left, looks like a disk)

    Click Save

  7. Click Submit to save the image changes.

    Click submit

You have now resized an image. You'll notice that there are other options besides resize, such as crop and rotate. After you have completed your edits be sure to publish the image (or a page that uses it) when ready.
