Click Tune In.
A window will appear with the television guide and TV playing in the top right of the window. 
The channels will be listed on the left side.
To watch the TV in a bigger window click on the TV button. It will automatically scale the image as you resize the window.
To see all options, such as Closed Captioning, right click (PC) or CTRL click (Mac) to reveal the pop-up menu. Then left click on the desired item.
To go back to the guide, click the On Guide button.
