To place a call on Hold:
Allows you to answer a second incoming call while placing your first call on hold. When you hear the call waiting tone:
Soft keys are self-labeling keys that provide you with additional functionality. The key descriptions are located in the display of the phone set, which allows you to select features such as Answer, Dial, EndCall, Message, NewCall, Redial, and Monitor.
The Answer soft key allows you to answer a second call.
The EndCall soft key disconnects you from a call
The Monitor soft key allows you to switch to speaker mode for one-way listening only.
The Redial soft key allows you to redial the most recently called number.
