This page explains procedures for returning your campus phone at the end of your stay as a resident on the Brandeis campus.
Students who will be living on campus again in Fall should take their telephones home with them. Do not leave your phone in your room! You will keep the same telephone for as long as you are a resident student. If you lose the phone, you will be billed for the current value of the phone.
Students who are moving off-campus for the Fall semester should turn in their telephone to LTS to avoid being billed for it.
Graduating seniors and other students who will not be returning to Brandeis in the fall are responsible for turning in their telephones to LTS before leaving for home. Those not returning their telephones by June 1st will be billed in the amount of $135. Leaving your phone in your room is not sufficient and you will be billed for it.
Students participating in the study abroad program who will not be in residence for one or two semesters may keep their phones while they are away, or they may turn the phones in for safekeeping.
Be sure to return the correct telephone. Each phone is electronically registered to a particular student and it is that student who will receive credit for the returned phone.
