IMPORTANT!  Library and Technology to-do list for graduating seniors


Return your telephone

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CISCO IP PHONE IN YOUR ROOM. 
From 9am-4pm every weekday until Commencement, and from 12 noon until 4pm on Commencement Sunday, LTS will accept phones at the Tech Desk on the main level of Feldberg. Students who do not return a telephone will be charged $170. More information is available here.

Download an archive copy of your UNet files and email
Because these archives can be rather large, you should take care of this *before* you leave campus.
 
Organize your email addresses
Your email account is guaranteed to stay open through December 2008.  Until then, you will be able to access your Brandeis email exactly as you've done while at Brandeis.  Sometime after December 2008 that will change, and your Brandeis address will become a forwarding address only--that is, email sent to your Brandeis address will be forwarded to another email address of your choice.  Be assured we'll provide ample warning before that change is made.  At any time you can visit the mail options page to forward your Brandeis email to another email address.
 
Even after your Brandeis email account becomes a forwarding address only, you will still be able to use your Brandeis email username and password to log into sage (i.e. to view and order transcripts, even after graduation).
 
Last, you may want to visit the Alumni Association's website and register for B-Connect at https://alumni.brandeis.edu/onlineservices/firsttime/.  If prompted to provide a username, to prevent problems later you will want to use your Brandeis email username.

Hand off ownership of club online resources to your successors

For mailing lists, log on to https://lists.brandeis.edu/wws
Go to your list, and Edit List Config to appoint a new Owner.

For club web sites, log on to https://unet.brandeis.edu/groups/admin.php3

For MyBrandeis, log on to http://my.brandeis.edu/clubs, choose your
group, and Manage Group Members.

Return your Brandeis Library and Interlibrary Loan books. 
 
Book drop off bins are available at both Main and Science for borrowers who return
items after operating hours. The Science Library book drop is located in
the Science complex to the right side of the Science Library Main
entrance. The Main Library book drop is located on the side of the
building directly across from USDAN cafeteria. Any questions?  Contact:
