About Us

UNet Consultants bail out members of the Brandeis community when their computers decide to take a vacation.  If you are experiencing a problem with your email, seem to have an extremely slow computer, cannot get online with your computer, or have any other issues (need love advice?) please give us a call at 781-529-UNET.

Directions/Location

The UNet HelpDesk is located on level one of the Goldfarb library.  The Goldfarb library is in the center of the Brandeis campus between Usdan and the Science Complex.   

When does UNet hire?

Each spring, UNet hires for the following fall semester. However, UNet accepts applications all year long, so if you send one in now, we'll be sure to consider you next time we're hiring.

  • If you are experiencing hardware issues, call the Hardware Repair Shop at 781-736-4801 or visit them in the basement of Feldberg.
  • For WebCT and instructional technology support, contact the WebCT Support Desk at 781-736-4739 | latte@brandeis.edu or visit them in the Faculty Resource Center on the main floor of the Goldfarb Library.
