Sometimes we delete emails when we don't want to. If the email was less than a week old, we can recover it for you! LTS keeps a rolling archive of a week's worth of your email in the event of data loss. To recover your email from that one week archive, please call or visit the Help Desk (781-529-UNET), who will make an e-mail recovery request on your behalf.
