iPod Tutorials

It's always a good idea to backup your data. If you need to reinstall your operating system or your hard drive crashes, your data needs a temporary home while your computer is being fixed. Did you know that iPods are also portable storage devices? Learn how to store your data on your iPod and rebuild your iTunes library in the event of data loss.

The following tutorials are meant to be used in the event that you need to backup your files during a reinstall. There are two procedures for each computer platform - rebuild your iTunes library after data loss and temporarily store your documents and photos on your iPod.
