Getting Help

Supporting the Web at Brandeis is a team effort. As such, different aspects of supporting the Web are handled by different groups.

Local Coordinators

If your department has a technology, communications, or Web coordinator, that person should be your first stop for Web support. S/he can also help you escalate to Communications or LTS as necessary.

Office of Communications

The Office of Communications is the starting place for most day-to-day Web editing questions. Specifically, they handle:

  • General Cascade CMS support
  • Creation of new sites or migration of sites to new templates/Cascade CMS

Contact: Your Communications liaison or Audrey Griffin-Goode, director of integrated marketing.

LTS — Web Tech Support Queue

The LTS Web Tech Support queue is for support of certain legacy systems and technical requests. Specifically:

  • myBrandeis
  • Web forms — Soupermail and BWebForms
  • Accidental deletions

Contact: web@brandeis.edu

LTS — Help Desk

For technical issues not explicitly identified above, contact the LTS Help Desk, who can assist with or route your problem appropriately.

Contact: help@brandeis.edu or (781) 736-HELP.
