Adobe PageMaker is software that is used to design page layouts for print, such as brochures and newsletters. PageMaker is available for both Windows and Macintosh computers. PageMaker is not Brandeis-supported software, but it is available at a discount to Brandeis faculty and staff.
Brandeis is able to purchase Adobe products at substantial discounts. These prices provide the purchaser with a license to use the software but not with the actual media or manuals, which may be purchased separately. To check the latest price or buy Adobe PageMaker, visit the online software request form. A Help Desk staff member will get back to you with installation instructions.
Brandeis students who need to use Adobe PageMaker may buy their own copy. (PageMaker is not available in the public computer clusters.) Brandeis has negotiated special deals with a company called JourneyEd for all kinds of software including Adobe PageMaker.
PageMaker training is available off-site for a fee through Brandeis agreements with New Horizons and CompuWorks.
