MacOS Licensing

Brandeis has purchased licenses to allow any version of the Macintosh operating system to be installed on all university-owned Apple computers.  This means faculty and staff are entitled to upgrade to the most current version of the Macintosh operating system at no additional cost.  This agreement provides the user with a license to use the OS; it does not include the actual media or manuals, which may be purchased separately.  Personal machines owned by faculty or staff are not included.  To obtain a Macintosh operating system upgrade, please contact the Help Desk or your departmental technology coordinator.
