Changing your name as it appears in the directory- does not affect academic or pay records

Complete Legal Name Change - Affects All Systems

Because academic records will need to be updated, you should contact the Registrar's Office and have them get the process under way. Proof that your name has legally been changed may be required, so if you would like the directory updated in the meantime while you get paperwork together, you may create a Preferred Name in sage (see above). LTS cannot go in and change a student's name across systems; this must be done by the Registrar.
