Refresh Timeline

December-February:   Using a faculty and staff list provided by Human Resources, LTS reaches out to departments scheduled for Refresh in the coming fiscal year to explain the process and gather computer requests.

March:  The Board of Trustees meets to approve the University budget.

April:  The Refresh budget is finalized.  LTS reaches out to departments again to confirm computer requests and make any changes dictated by final Refresh budget.

May:  LTS works with hardware vendors to choose models from the new Dell and Apple product catalogs and determine exact technical specifications.

June:  LTS places Refresh computer order and makes technical preparations for deployments.

July:  LTS receives Refresh computers and prepares them for deployment.

August-November:  LTS deploys Refresh computers to departments.
