Graduating

Before graduating, we recommend you change a couple of settings within your Brandeis Gmail account.

Set up email forwarding

Your account will close sometime after you graduate, so we recommend setting up email forwarding as a precautionary measure.

Back up your email

If you wish to save all of your email messages, you will need you configure your email with a mail client (such as Thunderbird or Mac Mail) and save the emails to locally accessible folders. Instructions on how to do this can be found on websites associated with your mail client of choice.

Alumni Accounts

Alumni accounts are forward-only email addresses that can be made by alumni. Sign up for an alumni account here. However, if you need to access Sage post-graduation, you will need to use your original Brandeis UNet ID.

Register for B-Connect

The B-Connect system powered by the Alumni Association allows alumni to have access to a social network connecting all Brandeis alumni. Register for B-Connect!

Forgotten Password and Issues with Signing Up

Forget your alumni account password or need to retrieve your account name?

In the case that you are unable to register due to inability to provide a social security number, enter the last four digits of your University ID. If this does not work, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations by emailing office@alumni.brandeis.edu.
