Connecting On Campus

First, connect your computer to the wired or wireless network.

If you're connecting your computer to the Brandeis network for the first time, you'll probably want to connect to the wired network first, especially if you have a Windows computer, because the wired network is much faster.

Once connected to the network, use Brandeis network storage to save your important files.

Brandeis provides backed-up, secure network storage in two flavors:

• UNet filespace for personal file storage and web publishing.  Everyone who gets a Brandeis Bmail account also automatically gets UNet filespace.  Check out our UNet filespace information and instructions.
• Network shares for departmental file storage and sharing.  Click here for connection instructions to an existing departmental file share, or request shared server space on the Omega file server for your department (department chairs only).
