There are a few features in Bmail that require you to know your actual Zimbra message store. Such as:
The easiest way to find your mail store is to visit the Bmail web client This will more than likely redirect your web browser to: zimbra-store-<1-6>.unet.brandeis.edu You can see this in the address bar of your web browser. If not you got lucky and you will have to try again. Close your browser and go to bmail again.
Once you find it, that is your message store.
In the future we hope to enable a feature in Bmail that would allow you to use just bmail.brandeis.edu
