To view a video:
If you are experiencing difficulty connecting to a course video, it may be that there are too many simultaneous connections to the system. Please close the window and try again in a few minutes.
If you continue having difficulty viewing a course video, please see the IPTV technical support FAQ.

Q: I live off campus, can I watch a course video from home?
A: If you have a high-speed (broadband) connection to your computer at home, such as cable modem or DSL, then yes! You can view IPTV course videos from anywhere you have a high-speed connection. Unfortunately, users with dial-up connections will not be able to view IPTV video.
Q: Can I watch a course video over a wireless connection?
A: No. At this time IPTV does not support wireless connections.
Q: I have a Mac. Can I still watch movies on my own computer?
A: Yes! The IPTV program is cross-platform. If your Mac meets the system requirements listed here, then you will be able to view videos.
Q: I have an older computer, will I be able to view course videos?
A: IPTV is a system-intensive application, so it is possible that some older computers may not be able to view IPTV course videos. Check to make sure your computer meets or exceeds the system requirements listed here. Even if your computer meets the requirements, please note that the speed and performance of your video card, as well as the quality of your monitor, may affect video quality.
Q: I'd like to watch some other movies for my course online, are any available?
A: Not right now. The IPTV program is in the pilot phase, and because of that, resources are limited. LTS has worked with your instructor to identify and digitize movies he or she wants to make available online. In future semesters we hope to expland the program to include more courses, and more reserve videos.
Q: I have a question not addressed here. Who should I contact?
A: Contact Chris Anderson in Media and Technology Services at 781-736-4662.
