When to Submit a Reserve List

Please submit your reserve list as early as possible. We process reserve lists in the order in which they are received. We will make out best effort to process your reserve list quickly, but we cannot guarantee same day service. To avoid delays, your should submit your list well before the beginning of each semester, particularly if you are including any reserve purchase requests.

Lists submitted less than 2 weeks before the start of the semester may experience delays in processing.

The deadlines for submitting reserve lists in order for the items to be available for the first day of the semester are:

August 15th for Fall semester

December 15th for Spring semester

May 15th for Summer term
