Video Request Form

We cannot place on reserve any unauthorized reproduced copy of a film or off air taped television show. We will attempt to obtain a legal copy of the film whenever possible. Please be advised that this process may take up to six weeks and plan accordingly.

Reserve video requests will receive expedited processing and be placed on reserve for the specified course when they arrive. To check the status of your reserve request, please follow these instructions. We will contact you if there is an unexpected problem filling your request or if additional information is needed.

Non-reserve video requests are forwarded to subject selectors for approval; the selector will contact you with their decision.
