    To find information on a specific country, start by doing a subject search for the name of the country. Using the Basic Search, type the name into the search box, and change the "search Type" to "subject starting with..." You will then retrieve a list of subject headings for that country.

Provides full text and indexing of thousands of journals in all academic fields. Dates vary according to publication

(Fulltext resource) Off-campus access
Indexes and provides full-text to the older issues of over 100 scholarly journal titles from most disciplines, 1800s to the recent 2-5 years

Access UN Off-campus access
Indexes United Nations documents, including some links to full text, 1966 to present

PAIS (Public Affairs Information Service) Off-campus access
Indexes over journals, books, and government documents on public policy aspects of business, economics, government and other social science topics, 1972 to present.

PolicyFile Off-campus access
Indexes and abstracts, with some links to full-text, public policy research and publications from think tanks, university research programs, research organizations and publishers, 1990 to present.

Agricola Off-campus access
Indexes books and journals relating to all aspects of agriculture and allied disciplines from the U.S. National Agricultural Library.

ATLA Religion Off-campus access
Indexes journal articles, books and dissertations on all aspects of world religions, 1949 to present

Contemporary Women's Issues Off-campus access
Full-text access to global information on women in over 150 countries. Indexes books, journals, newsletters, research reports from non-profit groups, government and international agencies, and fact sheets, 1992 to present.

EconLit Off-campus access
Indexes journals, books, dissertations and working papers economics, 1969 to present.

Social Sciences Abstracts Off-campus access
Indexes a wide variety of social sciences journals. Indexing from 1983, abstracting from 1994.

Women's Studies International Off-campus access
Indexes journal literature, books, and other media from 10 women's studies databases, including Women's Health and Development: An Annotated Bibliography and POPLINE Subset on Women, both of which focus on women's health in the developing world.

Locating Specific Journals or Ejournals
rch by title in the catalog to see if Brandeis subscribes to a particular journal online. Use Interlibrary Loan to obtain a copy of a journal article not available at Brandeis.
