If you cannot locate library materials please notify LTS staff. We'll double check the catalog to make certain that the item is not already out on loan or in another location. We're more than happy to look for the items with you and if we're unable to locate the material immediately we'll have you place a search request at any of our public service desks. The staff will check the stacks at regular intervals and will notify you of the results of the search. We cannot specifically guarantee when missing items will be found but we do our best. Items that cannot be located are routinely reported to our acquisitions staff. If your are a Brandeis student, faculty or staff member than another alternative may also be to apply for a Boston Library Consortium card.
