Room Reservation Policies and Procedures

Guidelines for Requesting Space in the Library

  • Spaces requested via the Room Reservation Form are accessible beginning 30 minutes after the Library opens each day, and ending 30 minutes before closing. Library hours can be reviewed here.
  • If an event requires the use of a space not listed on the Room Reservation Form (ie an open area or exhibit space), the requestor can select the “Other” option of the Room field, and clarify in the provided text box.
  • We are unable to book spaces for events that recur more than twice per semester. For classes, ongoing meetings, and other events that require more than two uses of a room, please contact the Registrar.
