Project Intake Process

To have a project accepted by LTS:

  1. Fill out and submit the online Project Request Form.

From this point on in the process you can check the project's status here.

  2. The PRAC representative considers and accepts or rejects the project.

  3. The PMO considers if the project can become a part of a larger, more efficient initiative, or a part of normal maintenance.

    • If so, the project is included with that.
    • If not, the project is submitted to the PRAC.  You can see its place in the current project list on the pipeline document.

  4. The Project Review Advisory Committee (PRAC) considers and prioritizes the project at the next PRAC meeting.

  5. Whether or not the PRAC approves the project, a project manager contacts project personnel within two weeks of the PRAC authorization meeting to talk about next steps.
