The Public Services Group oversees many of the services provided in the Information Commons, including circulation/borrowing services, resource sharing/interlibrary loan services, and reference assistance and referral services provided at the InfoPoint Desk.
In addition, the Public Services Group oversees stacks management services, coordinates provision of research rooms, lockers and carrels, and group study spaces throughout the library, and is responsible for staffing service desks in library facilities during all operating hours, including the after-hours study hall.
