Public Services & Outreach

The Public Services & Outreach Group utilizes a client-centered approach in managing the flow of materials both within and beyond the walls of LTS, providing access to information resources, media equipment and LTS facilities. We are passionate about outreach to the Brandeis community and are dedicated to promoting LTS services to our users.

This group oversees circulation services, stacks management services, research rooms, assigned carrels, group study space and the InfoPoint service desk. The Public Services & Outreach Group is also responsible for staffing service desks in the libraries during all operating hours, including the after-hours study hall.
