Help Desk

The Help Desk group focuses on meeting the information technology needs of the Brandeis community through technology support. It includes:

Help Desk:

Provides computer assistance to students, faculty, and staff via telephone, email, or in person at the Goldfarb Library.

Repair Shop:

Provides hardware support, upgrading, and repair needs for Apple and PC-compatible desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
