Library and Technology Services has engaged the architectural firm Shepley Bullfinch Richardson & Abbott (SBRA) to develop a master plan for future renovations of Farber, Goldfarb, and Gerstenzang Libraries as well as the Feldberg Communications Center and Rapaporte Treasure Hall. SBRA President Carole Wedge and Senior Associate Janette Blackburn will be working on this project.

May 11, 2005: Carole Wedge and Jannette Blackburn from SBRA conducted a second focus group for faculty and three focus groups for Library & Technology staff members.
May 4, 2005: Carole Wedge and Jannette Blackburn from SBRA conducted a focus group with Brandeis faculty members to gather additional input for the planning process.
April 27, 2006: Carole Wedge and Jannette Blackburn from SBRA conducted focus groups with undergraduate and graduate students to gather input for the master planning process.
April 11, 2006: Carole Wedge and Jannette Blackburn from SBRA delivered a presentation to members of the Library & Technology Services Advisory Committee (LTSAC) about current models for planning and revitalizating library spaces. Wedge and Blackburn also presented a proposal for information gathering with student, faculty, staff and staff constituencies as well as a timeline for development of master plan recommendations. Faculty and student members of LTSAC offered suggestions and input.
