Password Recovery Changes

Dear Brandeis Community Members,

This summer, LTS will change the way you recover a lost or forgotten password in order to make the process easier and more secure for our community. As part of this change, this fall we will be eliminating the unpopular and insecure security questions for password recovery.

To take advantage of this service, you must update your Brandeis account information. Please go to, select “Set/Update your password reset data” and follow the instructions. You will be asked to provide a non-Brandeis email account and/or cell phone number.

If you do not update your account information and you forget or allow your password to expire, you will need to visit the LTS Helpdesk in person to have your password reset.
