Malwarebytes on University Owned Equipment

Good People,

Recently LTS has acquired a license for the security software Malwarebytes (MWB) for all University-owned computers (window's only, MWB is not available for Apple computers). Over the next month we will be installing MWB on all LTS managed computers. However we have identified a small number of machines that already have a personally licensed copy of MWB installed, and you are receiving this because your computer is one of those.

I am writing to ask that you remove the installed version by April 24th so we can install the newest managed version over the network. The version we have licensed is the same except that it is centrally managed to ensure that the software is up to date and that we are notified when MWB fails to successfully prevent or clean up an infection.
